information purposes only, and should it help locate a problem where repairs are
required these repairs must be made by authorized licensed persons only.
BEFORE YOU SHIP: Order service by clicking the
photo of your transponder on the HOME PAGE. The process is fast and easy
and will allow you to print up required forms. Please sign and date the
SERVICE REQUEST form, as it is part of our incoming inspection process.
OUR SYSTEM: We have brought together several elements to
create an efficient (low cost high quality) system. Our workload and
paperwork is reduced.

REPAIR FLAT RATE: Repair labor is either $99, $199 or $259
depending on whether the unit requires a simple alignment or a complex repair.
A complex repair is defined as a job requiring troubleshooting and parts
replacement in addition to standard alignment and tuning. This includes most but not all parts.

PARTS POLICY: Parts costing less than $25 (total) are on
us. All transponders contain at least 5 parts that exceed the $25 limit.
Should your unit require an expensive part you will be contacted immediately
with your options.

UNREPAIRABLE ITEMS: Our flat fees applies to
repairable transponders only. Repairable is defined as units that have
recently failed while in service and have not been subjected to abuse, impact,
fire, neglect, extensive wear, corrosion or water damage. Serial number/data plate must be
intact.
An unrepairable item may or will be returned to you with an invoice for
$75, the evaluation fee. You may elect to leave the unit with us, and the
fee will be waived. Unrepairable core value is at least $35.
Repairable core value is at least $75. Core values often based on the condition of the
face plate.
We would rather repair your unit. This is our policy and
our business.
SHIPPING: Return shipping (and handling) is also flat
rated. Add $25 S/H for each shipment (not each item). You can pack
as many transponders as you wish into one box and be charged only one $25 S/H
fee, as long as they are returned to the same address.
TURN AROUND: Same day service is possible but not
guaranteed. Check the top right banner of this page to view SERVICE STATUS
(Green, Yellow or Red).
DELAYS: We stock thousands of the most common repair parts.
In the rare event your unit requires a special order part you will be notified
of the delay.
When you order service please make sure to click the FINISHED
button. This will import your details into our system.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may pre-pay ($99 + $25 S/H =
$124) is best case scenario for alignment and/or 24 month recert with your check
in the box when you send your transponder. If additional work is required
we'll call you.
You may also ship us the unit and pay us after you are satisfied
with our service. We ask only that you do not exceed 30 days.
30 DAY OPEN INVOICE: No credit check or references
required. You may try your repaired transponder before payment, but please
do not exceed 30 days. You are also protected by our repair warranty.

PRIORITY SERVICE. Not available in respect to all our
customers. Bench time for your unit is automatically scheduled "first come first
served" when you order service through this site.
WARRANTY: One
year warranty on the exact circuit or component we repaired. 30
days unconditional (even if a completely new problem occurs). 90 days on
used sales units. Major parts
(costing above $25) are not included however they may be covered by the original
supplier. There will be a $25 S/H charge plus parts (if any) on all warranty repairs.
